The Curated Insights report provides senior leaders with:
  • Overall survey participation over time.
  • Scores over time, across multiple core question sets.
  • The biggest driver changes.
  • The ability to expand biggest driver changes, displaying the relevant driver score for subteams.
Segment heat map
The segment heat map enables you to compare segments in 1 view by the:
  • Score.
  • Difference to benchmark.
  • Difference to previous round.
You can also export this report in Excel format.
Segment cards
The cards view enables a more visual segment comparison with:
  • All driver scores.
  • Engagement score over time.
  • Difference to benchmark.
  • Participation.
Attrition report
The attrition report displays the predicted attrition risk per segment based on survey data.
