FAQ: What Happens When No One Responds to the Survey?
Dashboards with 0 new survey responses continue displaying the previous latest survey round (where at least 1 employee responded), even if it's outside the data aggregation window. This behaviour prevents data from other segments or question sets from inadvertently pushing old survey data outside the aggregation window.
If at least 1 employee has responded in the latest round within the aggregation window, the aggregation window of the dashboard shifts. The dashboard then either displays current scores or the "Not enough data" message, depending on whether the dashboard has met the visibility threshold.
