FAQ: What Happens To My Team’s Historical Data When We Run a New Survey Round?
Your team's historical scores don't disappear from your team's segment, however they may no longer contribute to the current scores that display on your dashboard, depending on the visibility window. The visibility window settings don't affect comment visibility.
Background
The current score, for any driver or question, is the average score calculated by each employee's latest response, within the visibility window.
The visibility window functions like a time-based filter, and can be 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. Each organization must select 1 option, and their selection applies to their entire Peakon tenant. The visibility window counts back from the closing date of the latest survey round that's on your team's dashboard.
When a new survey round opens, the window shifts forward, which means that some older scores no longer contribute to the current score for each driver and the main question. To view trend data, expand the

When viewing a previous round, your dashboard displays the current scores from that point in time with the visibility window counting back from the selected survey end date.
