FAQ: Why Does a Segment Display a Different Number of Comments?
The same segment can display a different number of comments to different managers if the managers have different permissions, for example:
- Some comments are from a question set that 1 of the managers doesn't have access to.
- 1 of the managers doesn't have access to real-time comments, and can only access new comments after the survey round has closed.
