Export AI Summaries

You can export AI Summary pages to an Excel file.
  1. Navigate to the AI Summary page you want to export.
  2. Click
    Export to Excel
    .
  3. (Optional) If you are in the
    All Reports
     context, select the option to include the hierarchy. This action includes the summaries of managers below your current view in the export.
Workday generates an Excel file with the AI Summary data. The summary export is always in English, regardless of the dashboard language or AI translations.
