Reference: Notification Subscriptions

This article contains the notification types that display in Peakon personal user profiles, enabling users to Manage Notification Subscriptions for these notifications.

It's not possible to unsubscribe or resubscribe on behalf of another person. Some email types are possible to deactivate in survey and access control settings.

Email Notifications Overview

General	You've been invited to Peakon as an admin You've been removed from Peakon as an admin You have received new team suggestions (daily summary)
Survey-related events	Managers: A new survey round is about to start A sensitive comment is detected Someone adds a note in a conversation You have actions with upcoming or missed deadlines A summary of what's happened in Workday Peakon Employee Voice recently is ready, including updated scores, focus areas and comments The survey participation rate is low Survey participants: A new survey is available to take A survey round is ending soon Someone acknowledges your comment Someone comments or replies to a comment You haven’t answered any surveys in a while A manager commits to working on a focus area for your team
Integration-related events	An integration automatically disconnects due to an error A manually triggered sync has completed
