Manage Notification Subscriptions
Sign-in access to Peakon.
This article provides the steps on managing your own notification subscriptions in your profile settings on Peakon.
Most emails from Peakon include an unsubscribe link to prevent email servers from classifying the email as spam and to provide users flexibility for managing their email preferences. You can also receive notifications through MS Teams and Slack, these notifications can be managed directly in Peakon.

Administrators can't manage subscription preferences on behalf of employees. For more information on the notification subscription options, visit Reference: Notification Subscriptions. It's not possible to unsubscribe to the Peakon notification on Timely Suggestions in Workday.
If you don't have a manager dashboard or a personal dashboard, you can still unsubscribe by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. Unsubscribing to 1 type of email (Example: New survey notifications) doesn't automatically opt you out of other types of emails.
- Click on your profile photo or on your initials in the top right corner of your Peakon dashboard.
- Go to theSurvey notificationstab in your sidebar.
- Opt in or out of specific email notifications, as needed.
- ClickSave changes.
