Set Score Visibility Window for Each Driver

Set Score Visibility Window for Each Driver

Security: only members from the
Administrators
group can set visibility threshold settings.
As of November 2018, this setting is only available to legacy customers. When you turn the setting off, it disappears from your data visibility options. The other available settings already provide the most beneficial combination of data visibility.
Each driver score on Peakon is an average that consists of each employee's latest answer to the specific question. The score aggregation settings dictate how far the dashboard should search for the latest score per question, per employee.
The
Time for each driver of engagement
setting enables you to set the visibility window for each driver based on when employees last answered the driver. This setting is retroactive and covers the entirety of your data collection.
  1. Go to

  2. Set
Time for each driver of engagement
    setting.
Aggregation period
is 1 year and
Time for each driver of engagement
is 3 months.
First, the dashboard finds each employee's latest score to each driver and question, and removes any scores older than 1 year. Then it identifies the latest answer of each driver and counts back 3 months, to collect the scores that should make up the overall driver score.
The participation rate for each driver contains answers from a 3-month window at any point in the last 1 year.
