Enable True Benchmark

True Benchmark provides a more accurate and personalized benchmark, based on your demographics. Enable True Benchmark by selecting the attributes that should contribute to the benchmark adjustment calculation.
True Benchmark provides adjustments on 6 standard attributes.
  • Tenure
  • Age
  • Job Level
  • Gender
  • Department
  • Local Office
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Data Settings
    Benchmark
    .
  2. Refer to the
    Attributes used in True Benchmark
     section.
  3. Enable the attributes that should contribute to True Benchmark adjustments.
All dashboards throughout the organization can now have True Benchmark adjustments.
