Create Recommended Actions For Managers

This permission is only available to
All employees
 type access control groups (Example: Administrators, Human Resources).
Administrators can create custom actions that display as
[Company name] recommended actions
 on the
Improve
 tab of the associated drivers dashboards.
It's possible to create recommended actions for all question sets. It's not possible to create recommended actions on outcome questions (Example: The main Engagement question and its 3 outcome questions) on each question set, as they're not directly actionable in the way that driver questions are.
You must choose a question set and a driver when creating a custom recommended action. Managers can edit the content of company recommended actions and add checklists to better suit their needs.
Creating a company recommended action doesn't automatically add it to manager action plans. Managers must add the action to their plan manually.
  1. Go to
    Administration
    Actions
    .
  2. Click
    Create Action
    .
  3. Set the
    Title
    .
  4. Add a
    Description
    .
  5. Select the
    Question set
     and
    Driver
    .
  6. (Optional) Set a recommended duration.
  7. (Optional) Add translations.
  8. Click
    Save and publish.
The custom action is now available to all managers that have the
Access to actions
 permission and access to the relevant question set and driver in their access control group.
