To expand the existing database of recommended actions and resources, you can add custom material to the

Improve

hub:

Recommended actions.
Articles/links.
Videos.

It's possible to add 25 custom resources per driver. You can add custom resources for the Engagement question set, and custom recommended actions for all question sets. It's not possible to add company resources and recommended actions to the Engagement outcome itself, as it's not directly actionable. Employee perceptions of drivers impact their engagement levels, and drivers are directly actionable. Example: Focusing on improving the Autonomy driver's score could also indirectly improve employee willingness to recommend the company as a place to work.

Only users with the permissions

Manage Company Resources

and

Manage Company Actions

can add and manage custom material. These permissions are available to

All employees

type groups. Example: Administrators.

Adding custom company resources and actions enables you to:

Link training from your internal learning & development platforms.
Recommend company-wide actions and learning for selected drivers.
Combine internal and external content for a more effective learning experience.

Managers can view custom actions if they have the

Access to actions

permission enabled. Custom resources (articles/links and videos) don't require additional permissions.
