View Action Plans of Managers That Report To You

Access to actions.
Full access to the dashboard of another manager through your
My team
 dashboard.
If you're a senior leader with direct reports that are people managers, you can access their action plans from your dashboard.
It's only possible to view other manager actions if you're managing a
My team
 segment, due to hierarchies to other manager segments. These hierarchies provide you with indirect full access to their segments.
Only the actions a manager has set in their
All Reports
 dashboard will display in the
My team's actions
 area, presented in the steps of this article. However, if the manager also has a
Direct Reports
 dashboard, you can switch to it from your context switcher and go to the
Action plan
 area.
  1. In the context switcher, ensure that you're displaying your
    My Team
     dashboard, instead of the
    My Team - Only direct reports
     dashboard, if you have both.
  2. In the
    Insights
     tab, go to the
    My team's actions
     area in the left menu.
If the managers that report to you have created actions, they display there. If you have access to manage actions, you can Assign Actions to Other Managers from there.
