Managers can share their action plans and encourage employees to submit confidential team suggestions for action planning.

When creating your action plan, set its

Sharing Settings

to

Shared with all

. This will make the action plan available on employee personal dashboards (if enabled by your company) and shared dashboards.

If your company hasn't enabled personal dashboards, we recommend that you generate a shareable dashboard link for your employees where they can access the team dashboard and action plans.
