FAQ: What Can I Do When There Aren't Enough Comments?
It can be difficult to address feedback when there aren't enough comments to understand the issues, especially in small teams.We recommend:
- Identify the drivers that are scoring below benchmark, in theDriverspage on theAnalysistab.
- Look through Peakon's recommended actions of those drivers.
- Encourage your team to submit confidential suggestions on what actions they'd like to see on the drivers that you set as focus areas. This can help bridge the gap between having low scoring drivers and no comments to provide context. See Set a Focus Area for Your Team for more information about focus areas and team suggestions.
- Discuss the results in team meetings. Example: Explain what you plan to do for your team's focus areas, and demonstrate how certain drivers have improved after implementing a change.
