FAQ: Why Don't Certain Actions Display in Usage Metrics?
The
Usage Metrics
report in the Analysis
tab displays metrics on the actions that each manager has created. In terms of the report's metrics, any created actions count towards the user who created the action, not of the user who manages the dashboard that contains the action.Example: If a senior leader creates an action on behalf of someone else, it counts towards the senior leader's metrics in the report. This is the most common reason for actions not attributing to a manager in the usage metrics report. However, there can be other reasons why a manager's action won't display in the usage metrics report:
- Someone deleted the manager's action.
- The manager's employees moved to a different team, and you backdated the change to before the action's creation date.
- The manager became an employee and their dashboard no longer exists.
- The manager left the company and their dashboard no longer exists.
