FAQ: When Does Peakon Delete Actions?
When you create an action plan in Peakon, it becomes part of the segment that you've created it on. If the segment no longer exists in the future, any associated actions disappear.
This typically happens with manager segments, either when the manager no longer has any employees reporting to them, or when the manager leaves the company.
It's not possible to reinstate the actions of a deleted segment.
