Workday HiredScore’s Employee Career Guide (ECG) is an AI-driven tool that provides relevant and personalized job recommendations to workers for open internal and external positions through Microsoft Teams and email notifications. These recommendations are based on multiple factors, such as:
- Skills
- Company mobility rules
- Professional experience
- Location
By suggesting actionable opportunities, ECG gives workers greater control over their career development, while also reducing the time it takes to fill open positions and lowering recruitment costs to source external candidates. ECG can also help promote a company’s internal mobility policies and goals.
Manager Moderated Internal Mobility is an add-on product that enables managers to authorize, dismiss, or forward ECG job recommendations to relevant workers. Contact your Customer Account Executive or Workday Support for more information or to purchase this feature.
After receiving an ECG notification, workers can view the job description for the suggested role and proceed directly to the application form for the position in Workday. To customize and configure ECG, you must work with your Workday-certified implementer.
