Self-Service Configuration for Recruiting Stage Transition

With this release, we add a new self-service task that enables you to configure HiredScore recruiting stage transitions directly in Workday. You can use this task to omit specific Job Application business process steps from a given recruiting stage.
Business Benefit
With the new self-service capabilities in this release, customers can now manage certain core HiredScore AI for Recruiting (AIRC) elements after they go live. This is the first phase of a gradual rollout (which completes in 2026R1) that will eventually give customers and partners the ability to deploy core AIRC elements independently.
Changes
  • On the
    System & Integrations
    tab of the
    HiredScore Tenant Setup
task, we add a new sub-tab named
    Recruiting Stage Transitions
    .
  • On the
    Recruiting Stage Transitions
tab, in the sections for each recruiting stage section, you can specify the
    Job Application
business process steps that you want to exclude. When a step is excluded from a recruiting stage, Workday and HiredScore skip it and proceed to the next allowed step in the recruitment process. This configuration applies for all users.
  • When you access the task, Workday displays the currently excluded steps for each stage.
Changes submitted using this self-service functionality can take up to 24 hours to display in the HiredScore UI, and impact your account configuration in HiredScore. When you make changes using this feature in Workday, existing configurations (including custom rules or filters) in Hiredscore are overridden.
