Configure the Candidate Profile UI

To prevent potential data loss, legacy HiredScore users must be aware that existing configurations related to country customization (filters that are configured only for specific countries and not the entire tenant) are overridden when they change settings on the

Candidate Profile UI

sub-tab.

Administrators can configure the available profile actions and insights on the candidate profile that HiredScore displays for each job application.

On the

AIRC Functional & UI

tab of the

HiredScore Tenant Setup

task, click the

Candidate Profile UI

sub-tab.

Click

Edit

Complete the relevant fields in these sections:

Section	Description
Candidate Profile - Singular Actions	These actions are available on the candidate profile card. Consult with your implementer to understand the available options, such as the ability to download resumes.
Candidate Profile - Grid Mass Actions	These actions are available from the Job Applications Inbox grid when users select 1 or more candidates.
Candidate Profile - Additional Options	Recruiters can share a candidate’s profile with a colleague or hiring manager outside of the HiredScore application using a secure SSO URL. Select the Allow download option in stand alone profile check box to allow the recipient of the shared URL to download a standalone version of the profile data.
Candidate Profile - Insights	Enable or deactivate insights. Some insights might require specific integrations or data mapping. This is indicated in the Description column for the corresponding insight.

(Optional) When the HiredScore application is available and the data export is complete, verify the available actions in the UI and review the generated insights.

Insights are populated based on data, so it might be difficult to verify your configuration if you have a limited data set.
