Steps: Set Up Self Service Console for HiredScore Fetch

These domains in the HiredScore functional area:
  • Set Up: HiredScore Tenant Setup
  • Set Up: HiredScore Tenant Setup - Recruiting
HiredScore Fetch is part of Workday HiredScore, a separate product (SKU) requiring a separate license. To purchase Workday HiredScore, contact your Customer Account Executive.
You can use HiredScore Fetch to identify and manage leads that best match your open roles.
You can use the
HiredScore Tenant Setup - Fetch
task to update and configure HiredScore Fetch parameters directly from within Workday.
You can use the task to:
  • Configure when to automatically trigger HiredScore Fetch. Example: When a job requisition is
    Open
    ,
    Approved
    ,
    Posted Internally
    , and / or
    Posted Externally
    .
    The
    Approved
trigger may not be relevant for all clients, so if selected should be combined with other run triggers.
  • Set the maximum distance from a job posting location to get leads. Example: Only surface leads that are located 50 miles from Dallas, Texas.
  • Specify which leads to exclude when HiredScore Fetch runs. You can base this on the disposition steps in your business process. Example: Those previously excluded for failed background check.
  • Exclude Leads from Fetch whose last application date exceeds a specified number of years.
  • Exclude candidates who are
    Active
    on another job requisition.
