Sign Workflow Tickets

The signing coordinator owns this stage. They collect signatures from signatories.
You can:
- Collect signatures electronically using Docusign or Adobe Sign.
- Upload the document after the signer provides an ink-based signature or other eSignature methods.
- Use a combination of these methods in 1 workflow.
eSignature:
When your company has a Docusign license with API capabilities or an Adobe Sign account, you can collect signatures directly from Contract Management and Document Intelligence. When you click
Send to E-signature
, we launch your integrated eSignature tool.- When you send the document for signature to Docusign directly from the Contract Management and Document Intelligence Workflow Ticket, signatures appear.
- When you set up the signers and parties fields to include eSignature tags, the recipient can reassign envelopes to the correct signers, and the signature block shows the new signer's information. Otherwise, the signing coordinator places signatures in Docusign before sending the document.
You can replace the default internal signatories in each workflow with any associated internal signatories.

- ClickUpload Signed.Contract Management and Document Intelligence asks the user to indicate which signatures they have collected in the uploaded document.
- ClickBack to Review.You can send the document for further editing.
- [Optional] ClickMore Settings.Reset all signatures and nullify any outstanding eSignature requests.
