Finalize Workflow Tickets

Complete document signatures.
The finalizer owns this stage. They can reassign different post-signature steps and send reminders to participants in the
Finalize
stage to keep the post-signature checklist process moving forward. Any user in the workspace or the ticket submitter can do this.
Finalizing a document ensures that all post-signature activities are accounted for and that metadata captured during the workflow correctly populates the repository fields.
  1. Click
    Workflow
    .
  2. On the
    Tickets
    tab, select a ticket that is on the
    Finalize
    stage.
  3. Complete all outstanding items in the
    Tasks
    section.
  4. Click
    Mark as Complete
    .
Contract Management and Document Intelligence moves the ticket to the
Done
stage and archives the document in the repository. You can configure each workflow to place archived documents into folders using a specified naming convention.
A
View Completed Document
button appears on the ticket details page. This option allows you to directly access the document created by the workflow ticket.
[Workflow Name][Counterparty Name][Effective Date].
When you record an effective date in the workflow, we autopopulate that date in the
Effective Date
field for that document in the repository.
