Create Clauses With AI Drafting Tools

AI Drafting Tools include:
  • Automated Redlining.
  • Clause Creator.
  • Large language models to make drafting and editing contract clauses more efficient and consistent.
Contract Management and Document Intelligence doesn’t conduct legal analysis or provide legal advice; we merely aid legal teams in enhancing efficiency when you use Automated Redlining and Clause Creator. Users can continue their due diligence and legal consultation when using our tool.
  1. Click
    Workflow
    .
  2. On the
    Tickets
     tab, select a ticket.
  3. Click the document name.
    Contract Management and Document Intelligence opens the document in Document Viewer.
  4. Highlight a clause and click AI Drafting Tools.
    When the file is a pdf, click
    Convert to Docx
     to edit the document.
  5. On the
    Clause Creator
     tab, add instructions to briefly describe the edits you want to make.
  6. Click
    Generate
    .
  7. Click
    Insert Clause
    .
    Contract Management and Document Intelligence adds the clause to your document.
