Modify Alerts

Enable permission to edit alerts.
You can create and modify alerts in Contract Management and Document Intelligence, enabling you to monitor relevant document data automatically and ensure alerts remain accurate as needs evolve. Alerts help track time-sensitive or workflow-specific conditions without manual effort. You may need to create or update alerts to begin monitoring certain types of documents, adjust the filter criteria, or change who receives the notifications.

  3. From the related actions menu of the alert you want to modify, complete the task:

    Description
    Edit Info and Schedule
    Update the title of the and the body of the message for the alert, along with the frequency of the alert. You can also select the folders with the documents you want to track for changes.
    The character limit for the message body is 500.
    Edit Filters
    Update the filters for your alert. You can also add filters and sections for the alert.
    Edit Recipients
    Update the recipients, including users and departments, for the alerts.
    Duplicate
    Update an existing configuration to create a new alert.
    Mute
    Select when you no longer want to receive notifications for the alert.
    Make Inactive
    Select to stop the alert from running for all users without deleting it.
    Send Email Now
    Select to immediately test or run an alert outside of its normal schedule.
    Delete
    Select when the alert is no longer needed or relevant. You can't undo this action.
We send out the modified alerts on the next scheduled run.
