Add Alerts

Ensure your profile has access to the documents and data fields you want to track with alerts.
The Alerts feature enables you to set up automated email notifications, initiated by data within documents. You can configure alerts for purposes such as contract management, reviews, and assignments. Notifications can be sent hourly, daily, or weekly, and you can apply them to all documents in the workspace. You select which document fields, such as expiration date and review status, launch the alerts. You can select individuals, contract owners, or departments as recipients. Users see alert results for only documents where they have access.
