Search for Clauses
Add documents and clauses in Contract Management and Document Intelligence.
Contract Management and Document Intelligence enables you to use search filters to quickly find documents that contain or exclude specific clauses.
- ClickSearch.
- ClickAdd Filters.
- SelectClause Type.
- ClickAdd Filters.
- From theClause Typemenu, select a clause.The clause list includes standard clauses identified by the clause model.
- Choose a clause to include or exclude in your search.You can repeat these steps to add multiple clauses to your search. Example: Add a Clause Type filter for documents that contain Limitation of Liability clauses. Add another Clause Type filter for documents that don't contain Indemnity clauses.
- (Optional) ClickSearch Within Clause Text.Select an operator for words or phrases to include or exclude in your search.
