Workday Contract Management and Document Intelligence now displays the total document count returned by a search query and allows you to view the full result set.

By displaying the exact number of matching records, Workday ensures you know whether a query returns a complete or highly populated dataset.

We update the user interface to eliminate the previous in-app visibility limit that capped displayed search results at 10,000 documents. The search interface now displays the full count of matching documents and enables pagination controls to navigate results in blocks of 10 pages at a time.

This change is automatically available. You don’t need to perform any security or configuration steps to view full search results or total counts.
