Concept: Clause List
On the Automation Hub, we display a list of clauses created in Contract Management and Document Intelligence. You can view these details for each clause:
- Clause name.
- Creator.
- Date of last identification in a document.
- Total number of identifications across all documents.
- Current status.
You can select the Active and Suspended options on the Status filter to view specific types of clauses.
We also display the clause count message above the clause list. The clause count message displays the number of custom clauses you can manage in the Automation Hub, based on your current license.
The message shows the:
- Maximum number of clauses allowed by your license.
- Number of clauses you can still create.
The count includes only active clauses. Contract Management and Document Intelligence removes deleted clauses from the count.
We don't display the total number of created clauses in the clause count message. You can find this number in the Automation Hub clause table or calculate it by subtracting remaining clauses from the maximum licensed number.
On the Fields tab, we display your custom clause usage percentage.
When clause usage reach:
- 100 percent, we display the message in red. You can continue creating custom clauses after exceeding your licensed limit. A customer success representative will contact you to discuss your options.
- 80-99 percent, we display the message in yellow.
- 79 percent or less, we display the message in gray.
