Concept: Automation Hub
The Automation Hub's bulk tag management feature enables Contract Management and Document Intelligence administrators to track and manage clauses created with Quick AI. Quick AI lets users tag a clause in a contract and find similar language across all contracts. This helps identify and track business-specific clauses not included in Contract Management and Document Intelligence standard clause library.
You can access the Automation Hub on the
Automation
tab in Contract Management and Document Intelligence to view and manage all clauses identified using Quick AI.You can use these features on the Automation Hub:
- Quick AI: Tag a clause in 1contract and find similar language across all contracts. For more information see Manage Clauses.
- Clauses: Identify specific contract language for tracking and searching using sample text. You can create Quick AI clauses by bulk tagging text in a document.
- Samples: We use the sample text you enter to find similar language and create Quick AI clauses.
- Identifications:When we identify text that matches a sample, we highlight and label the text on theContentstab of the document.
