Concept: Automation Hub Permissions

You can configure access to the Automation Hub by assigning Admin permission to users on the Admin Console. See the Set Up Users.

You can restrict users from tagging clause samples across documents by selecting the check box on the

Clause Tagging section

from the

More Settings

tab on the Admin Console.

When you enable this restriction, users can highlight and tag text in a document, but these tags only apply to that specific document. Contract Management and Document Intelligence doesn't treat these tags as samples for use across all documents, and they don't appear in the Automation Hub.
