Steps: Set Up Notifications for AI Feature Data Contributions
Universal Main Subscription Agreement (UMSA) customers can configure the
AI Features and Third Party Notification
domain to receive these notifications. Notification Type | Delivery Timing | Purpose |

AI Feature Availability | On the day of feature release. | Confirms the AI feature is available in your Production tenant and starts a 14-day period for you to manage your data contributions before data extraction begins. |
Description or Technical Updates | Weekly, as triggered by changes. | Reports updates to feature descriptions and changes to data fields used by the AI feature. |
Upcoming AI Features | 30 days before release. | Provides a notice of upcoming AI features applicable to your purchased SKUs. |
To determine your company's subscription agreement type:
- Access your Community profile.
- Beneath your name, click thename of your company.
In the
Subscription Service Agreement
field:- MSAindicates the Main Service Agreement type.
- UMSAindicates the Universal Main Subscription Agreement type.
- Edit Domain Security Policies.Add the relevant security groups to theAI Features and Third Party Notificationdomain in the Innovation Services functional area.
- Activate Pending Security Policy Changes.
- Access theEdit Tenant Setup - Notificationstask.On theSystemtab of theNotification Delivery Settingssection, verify the routing rule for theParent Notification Typeincludes email notifications.If not, from theAscend Notificationsrow, select theOverride Parent Notification Type Settingscheck box, and select a routing rule that includes email notifications. Security group members will receive notifications about upcoming changes to AI features.
