Concept: Payroll Data Insights Skill

Overview

The Payroll Data Insights skill of the Payroll agent enables you to access payroll knowledge to answer your questions. You can ask questions and receive answers on the data that you need in a simple conversational manner. This reduces your manual effort and the time you spend on generating reports, potentially eliminating the need for creating some custom reports by providing you with the data directly.
Example: For an audit, a payroll administrator needs a specific data point. Instead of running multiple reports, they can ask a question in natural language, such as, "
Show me every pay group in the system that’s on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
" They can also ask follow-up questions such as “
Show me every worker in [returned in weekly pay group1] that made more than $4000 gross for the last completed pay period
." The agent then provides the data on screen. It includes insights and analysis in natural language, along with displaying the data in an intuitive manner.
