Reset Contractor Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-factor authentication is enabled.
Contractors can reset their multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Workday VNDLY if theypurchase or receive a new device.
They must be logged in to VNDLY to reset their MFA. If they can’t sign in or have misplaced their device, please contact VNDLY Support.
- Sign in to VNDLY.
- ClickMy Profile.
- ClickReset MFA Token.
- ClickConfirm.
The existing MFA configuration is cleared from the system. The contractor is logged out of the application and redirected to the MFA Setup page.
