Set Up Multi-Factor Authentication in Workday VNDLY

Workday VNDLY supports enhanced security for accounts with multi-factor authentication (MFA). When enabled, users must present a separate token that validates their identity. This validation provides additional security by preventing unauthorized access in the event that a password is compromised.
The authentication type on the user profile must be set to
VNDLY Login
, and the user must use a VNDLY work email.
  1. From the header, select
    More
    Company Settings
    .
  2. From the
    Security
     section, click
    Security Settings
    .
  3. Click the
    Configuration
     tab.
  4. In the
    Multi-factor Authentication
     section, select the
    Enabled
     check box.
  5. From the
    Applies to User Types
     prompt, select the user types for which you want MFA to be required.
