Set Up Sign-Up Token Expiration Period

Have these permissions:
  • settings.admin
     at the top level Organization Unit
  • admin.settings.security.configuration.read
  • admin.settings.security.configuration.write
Depending on how new users are set up in VNDLY, they might receive an invitation email with a link to sign in to VNDLY for the first time. For security purposes, the link is only valid for a specific length of time. You can adjust how many hours that link is valid for in your tenant.
  1. From the header, click
    More
    Company Settings
    .
  2. From the
    Organization
     section, click
    Security Settings
    .
  3. Click the
    Configuration
     tab.
  4. In the
    Sign Up Token Expiration (Hours)
     field enter the number of hours the invitation link is valid for.
  5. Click
    Save
    .
