Manage Rate Card Configurations

Have these permissions:
  • ratecard.create
  • ratecard.delete
  • ratecard.read
  • ratecard.update
  • settings.admin
You can configure rules and validation options for rate cards. This helps ensure that your rate cards align with your organizational policies for contingent jobs, statements of work (SOWs), pay parity rate, and suggested rates.
  1. From the header, select
    More > Company Settings
    .
  2. From the
    Jobs & Work Orders
    section, click
    Rate Card
    .
  3. Click the
    Configuration
     tab.
  4. (Optional) Complete the
    Contingent Jobs
     section:
    VNDLY applies these settings to contingent jobs.
    Option Description
    Markup Validation
    Allow Offer Release Above Markup:
    Select to enable the release of a job offer even when the markup exceeds the predetermined limit.
    Allow Candidate Submissions Above Markup:
     Select to enable the submission of a candidate for a position even if the proposed markup is higher than the predetermined maximum.
    Bill Rate Validation
    Allow Offer Release Above Bill Rate:
    Select to enable the release of a job offer even when the bill rate for the position exceeds the predetermined maximum.
    Allow Candidate Submissions Above Bill Rate:
     Select to enable the submission of a candidate even if the proposed bill rate is higher than the predetermined maximum.
    Pay Rate Validation
    Allow Offer Release Above Pay Rate:
    Select to enable the release of a job offer even when the pay rate for the position exceeds the predetermined maximum.
    Allow Candidate Submissions Above Pay Rate:
     Select to enable the submission of a candidate even if the proposed pay rate is higher than the predetermined maximum.
  5. (Optional) Complete the
    SOW
     section:
    VNDLY applies these settings to your SOW.
    Option Description
    Markup Validation
    Allow Candidate Submissions Above Markup:
     Select to enable the submission of a candidate for a project defined by an SOWeven if the markup is above the set limit.
    Bill Rate Validation
    Allow Candidate Submissions Above Bill Rate:
     Select to enable the submission of a candidate for an SOW project even if the bill rate is above the set limit.
    Pay Rate Validation
    Allow Candidate Submissions Above Pay Rate:
     Select to enable the submission of a candidate for an SOW project even if the pay rate is above the set limit.
  6. (Optional) Complete the
    Pay Parity Rate
     section:
    VNDLY applies these settings to your pay parity rules.
    Option Description
    Activate Pay Parity Rate
    Select to enable the activation of the pay parity rate feature, ensuring equitable compensation.
    Applicable Countries
    Select the countries where the pay parity rate rule is enforced.
  7. (Optional) In the
    Suggested Rates
    section, select the
    Activate Suggested Rates
     check box.
    This selection enables VNDLY to provide automated rate recommendations.
  8. Click
    Save
    .
