Move a Consolidated Candidate Record
You must have these permissions:
- consolidatedcandidate.read
- consolidatedcandidate.update
VNDLY automatically sorts consolidated candidate groupings using a matching algorithm. You may need to move a candidate record if one or more profiles are grouped under the wrong person and need to be reassigned to a different, existing record.
- From the header, .
- Open the consolidated candidate record that contains the candidate record you want to move.
- Locate the candidate profile card you want to move and clickMove.To move more than one candidate record, click the box next to each and clickMove Candidate(s).
- In theSearch Consolidated Candidate Record To Move Tofield, locate the consolidated candidate record you want to move these records to.
- ClickMove.
The selected profiles are remapped to the new record. At least one profile must stay behind; the original record remains active.
