Workday determines the academic standings for each academic period based on the effective academic standing policy that applies for the student’s primary program of study.
You can calculate, review, and publish academic standings for students by academic period using the post-grading job. This job doesn't update the academic standing of students already processed for completion or withdrawn after the end of the term. For these students, you can assign the academic standing manually.
Note: Workday doesn't include the post-grading job in the Student Nightly Job Orchestration.
