Relink Third-Party Permissions

Security:
Manage: Third Party User Accounts
 in the Student Core functional area.
You can transfer student access permissions from one Friends and Family account to another. This enables you to resolve duplicate Friends and Family records by merging them into a single account while choosing which student access permissions to transfer.
  1. Access the
    Relink Third-Party Permissions
     task.
  2. As you complete this task, consider:
    Option
    Description
    Source Friends and Family With Account and Permissions
    Select the third-party contact from whom permissions will be transferred.
    The selected contact must have an associated Workday account and must possess active or in-progress permissions to transfer.
    Target Friends and Family With Active Account
    Select the third-party contact who will receive the transferred permissions.
    The selected contact must have an active Workday account.
  3. Click
    OK
    .
  4. From the student relationships grid, select the checkboxes for the students whose permissions you want to transfer to the Friends and Family target, or click
    Select All
    .
  5. Click
    OK
    .
Workday removes the selected student permissions from the source Friends and Family account and applies them to the target account.
