When you set up regions with the
Create Recruiting
Regions
task:- Workday can assign a prospect to more than 1 recruiting region when regions have overlapping criteria.
- Enter the most granular criteria in each row.Example: If you enter a postal code or educational institution, don’t also enter the city and state.
- Don't create rows with overlapping criteria.Example: If you create a row for Georgia, don't add another row for Atlanta.
- If you enter aCitywithout selecting aState/Province, the region will include prospects in all cities with the same name.
- The combination of criteria you enter in the same row must be valid.Example: If you select Ohio as theState, and aPostal Codein Indiana, Workday can't automatically assign prospects to the region.
- A prospect must meet all criteria in at least 1 row of theGeographic Criteriagrid to be assigned to the region you're defining.Example: Prospects must live in Portland, Oregon:CountryState/ProvinceCityPostal Code SetPostal CodeEducational Institution DistrictEducational InstitutionUnited States of AmericaOregonPortlandExample: Prospects must either:
