domain in the Academic Foundation functional area.You can use education tests to record test results from prospective students to meet application requirements.
Workday supports standardized tests such as ACT, SAT, and Advanced Placement (AP) exams. You can view information about these tests on the
View Education Test (Workday Owned)
report.You can set up custom education tests for your institution, such as:
- Institution-specific tests.
- Standardized tests that Workday doesn't support.
Workday enables you to create custom education tests with up to 50 test sections.
- Access theCreate Education Testtask.
- As you complete the task, consider:
Option Description Academic UnitWorkday recommends that you select the highest academic unit at your institution to enable sharing of education tests with subordinate academic units.Available for Self-ServiceSelect the check box to make the results for the education test available on the student self-service profile.Non-Numeric Configuration(Optional) Map non-numeric values for the scores students receive on education test sections. Example: Pass or Fail.
Workday displays custom education tests on the
View Education Test
report. You can edit or delete an education test from the related actions menu of the test.You can now:
- Record test results for these education tests for prospects and students. See Add Education Test Results.
- Import test results for custom tests using theEducation Test Result Inbound Connectorintegration. See Steps: Set Up Integration to Import Student Admissions Data.
- Create transfer credit rules to grant equivalent internal credit for education test results. See Create Education Test Transfer Credit Rules.
