Assign Admissions Counselors to Campaigns

Assign Admissions Counselors to Campaigns

  • The student recruiting campaign is approved.
  • Security:
    Manage: Student Recruiting Campaigns
domain in the Student Recruiting functional area.
When you create a campaign, you identify its owner, who is typically the primary admissions counselor for the campaign. After the campaign is approved, you can assign additional admissions counselors who are responsible for the campaign activities.
  1. Select
    Student Recruiting Campaign
    Assign Admissions Counselors
from the related actions menu of the campaign.
  2. As you complete the task, consider:
    Field
    Description
    Admissions Counselor
The prompt displays all active admissions counselors.
    Regions
Identify the regions the admissions counselor represents for the campaign. The prompt includes any regions you associated with the campaign definition.
Example: If the campaign covers 6 regions in New England that are divided between 4 admissions counselors, you can designate admissions counselors for each region.
Selecting a region doesn't cause Workday to assign prospects in that region to the admissions counselor. Prospects are assigned to an admissions counselor based on the admissions counselor's prospect assignment criteria.
(Optional) Create student recruiting events for the campaign.
