View Reaction Flags for an Individual Student

Security:
Manage: Financial Aid Attendance Plan
 domain in the Financial Aid functional area.
You can view reaction flags on an individual student’s financial aid period record that enable you to know which jobs, tasks, or Workday internal processes were triggered on the student’s:
  • Attendance plan
  • Cost of attendance
  • Merit packaging
  • Need packaging
  1. Access the
    Attendance Plan
     report on the Financial Aid profile group of the student profile.
  2. On an academic period, click the related actions menu of the magnifying glass to view the
    Financial Aid Period Record
     preview window.
  3. Click the
    Reaction Flags
     number.
Administrators can review and troubleshoot reaction flags that were triggered for the individual student.
