Unlink Student Notes

Workday gives you the ability to unlink student notes when you no longer feel they’re related to each other. Unlinking student notes enables you to organize your record of interactions with students and prospects better.
Anyone can unlink student notes that they create. However, users with access to the
Manage: Student Notes – Edit Notes Created By Others
domain can unlink notes that others have created.When you unlink a note, Workday unlinks the selected note from all other related notes. You might need to relink notes that should stay linked together.
- Access theStudent Note Historyreport.You can find the report on the History profile group of the student's profile.
- From the related actions menu of the note you want to unlink, select .
The
Linked To
column of the student's Note History
report reflects the updated number of notes that each note is linked to.
