Steps: Set Up Student Notes
You can document, organize, and share notes about prospects, applicants, and students. Notes enable you to capture and communicate important information, such as conversations and decisions, to others in the institution. You can also optionally share notes with the student.
Workday enables you to configure:
- Notes categories and topics for your institutions.
- Related objects for each note category.
- Segments for notes categories and topics, then add security groups to these segments.
On the
Add Student Note
task, Workday displays recommendations for the Note Topic(s)
prompt by default. Workday uses machine learning to determine these recommendations based on your most recently and frequently used selections. You can optionally disable these recommendations.
