Example: Create Academic Plan Reports to View Planned, but Unregistered Courses
This example illustrates 1 way to view all the students who have academic plans with courses
that they haven't registered for in an academic period.
You're the advising administrator for Alma Mater University. You want to view the academic plans
of your advisees who aren't going to meet their academic requirements. You create a
report to view the academic plans of all the students who haven't registered for
their planned courses in the 2021 Fall academic period.
- Access theCreate Custom Reporttask.As you complete the task, consider:

- Click theSubfiltertab, and clickAdd.

- Click thePromptstab, and select theDisplay Prompt Values in Subtitlescheck box.
- Click theSharetab, and select an option for sharing the report.
Run the report. View the academic plans of all the students with unregistered course work for the
2021 Fall academic period.
