- Edit Domain Security PoliciesConfigure theSetup: Recalldomain in the Inventory functional area.In theReport/Task Permissionsgrid, selectImplementersin theSecurity Groupsprompt.
- Download the ECRI Recall Management Packaged Solution.You must subscribe to ECRI alerts to use the recall integration.
- Access theView Integration Systemreport.Select theINT Studio ECRI Inboundoption from theIntegration Systemprompt.Security:Integration Builddomain in the Integration functional area.
- Activate Pending Security Policy Changes.
- Access theMaintain External Transaction Sourcetask.EnterECRIin the name field.Select theRecalloption from theUsage Areaprompt.Security:
- Set Up: Supplierdomain in the Suppliers functional area.
- Set Up: Procurementdomain in the Procurement functional area.
- Access theMaintain Recall Severitiestask.Configure at least 2 recall severities and their corresponding required response days.
- Access theView Integration Systemreport.Select your integration system, and selectINT Studio ECRI Inboundfrom theIntegration Systemprompt.
- From the related actions menu of the integration system, select .Enterhttps://api.ecri.org/alerts/v1/alertsfor the ECRI REST Endpoint.
Recalls display on the
Recall Workbench
task from your third-party source. You can also view the log file for any recalls that have errors.
