- In theHours (unprorated)row of theRelated Calculationsgrid, clear theAggregatecheck box. When you record daily hours for workers, theAggregatecheck box shouldn't be selected. However, when you provide weekly aggregated hours, select theAggregatecheck box and align coverage dates with an FLSA workweek. These are the only ways to be compliant.Even if you report daily hours, when you include an Override Calculation on the Hours pay component related calculation to generate the number of hours based on straight time hours, Workday aggregates the hours in the workweek to calculate the flat sum bonus overtime premium. You must line up the bonus coverage dates with the FLSA workweek to be compliant. When any overtime earnings exist that are configured to support flat sum bonus premiums and those earnings have any PCRCs marked asAggregate, Workday automatically aligns all flat sum bonus coverage dates to FLSA work period boundaries.
