Concept: FLSA and FSB Insights (USA)
Overview
FLSA and FSB Insights is an AI-powered feature that proactively provides you with information on configuring payroll for the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and for flat sum bonuses (FSB) based on the published Workday Administrator Guide.
This feature:
- Displays in Workday when you configure an FLSA or FSB earning.
- Provides summarized content and links to topics based on the Workday Administrator Guide that are relevant to FLSA or FSB.
- Is dynamic and takes your FLSA specific tenant configuration into account when displaying the relevant summarized content and links.
You can use this feature to help improve the efficiency of configuring your earning by:
- Reducing the time spent reviewing the Workday Administrator Guide for examples and concepts while configuring FLSA and FSB earnings.
- Simplifying the configuration process by providing relevant summarized content and links based on the current page configuration.
If FLSA and FSB Insights is unavailable, you may receive a static message from the feature that doesn't take your specific configuration into account.
We recommend that you establish best practices for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before use.
Disable FLSA and FSB Insights
You can opt out of using FLSA and FSB Insights by selecting the
Disable FLSA and FSB Insights
check box on the Edit Tenant Setup - Payroll
task.When you select this check box, Workday no longer displays the pop-up containing information or recommendations from FLSA and FSB Insights.
