Report a Return from Absence (FRA)

  • Create an Absence DSN with a status of
    Passed
    .
  • Correct the end date of the time off for sick leave to have an earlier date.
  • Security:
    Process: DSN (Run) - FRA
     domain in the FRA Payroll functional area.
When a worker returns from an absence (arrêt de travail) earlier than expected, you can create a DSN to report the return from absence.
  1. Access the
    Find DSN
     task.
  2. From the related actions menu of an Absence DSN, select
    DSN
    Report a Return from Absence
    .
    Workday populates:
    • The DSN options based on the Absence DSN. Examples:
      DSN Nature
      ,
      Worker
      .
    • The
      Absence Event
       option with the corrected absence event.
  3. Generate the Return from Absence DSN.
Workday generates a Return from Absence DSN.
